'HOSPITALITY STUDIES IN EUROPE'

I resurrected my blog from 2010 which I wrote about my 5 week studies in hospitality. It was a summer school run by PennState Uni and Oklahoma State Uni offering 2 subjects of a hospitality degree. Conducted in Maastricht (Netherlands) and Le Bouveret (Switzerland) it covered various aspects of hospitality (mainly theory) and was attended by 20 other students, all 19 - 20 year old American guys and gals. I was 61 and an Aussie, and they let me join their summer school program (at a price, of course). I was keen to get some hospitality experience and knowledge before starting up our B&B in Australia.
